Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain relationship with existing and potential new customers

  • Identify new business opportunities

  • Identify customer pain points and provide solution based on their needs

  • Identify, build and maintain strong relationship with Key Decision Maker and Industry Partners

  • Collaborate closely with principal in providing solution for customer

  • 1st line support for technical and guidance to customers on product use and application

  • Assist marketing in executing marketing plans and activities

  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities and results

  • Negotiate contracts and closing deals with customers

  • Ensure compliance is being implemented within the day-to-day operation

Job Requirement :

  • Degree in Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biology/Biotechnology or related field
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Efficient time management skills with the ability to stay focused on primary business objective in a fast-paced environment
  • To be able to work well with teams and have a proactive attitude.
