Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee our accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other government-mandated filings.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting processes.
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Implement and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax agencies for compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of tax compliance, financial reporting, and government regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
