Job Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Admin Support to join our Bacolod operations team. This role is responsible for providing administrative and documentation support to ensure smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory monitoring, and efficient coordination between logistics, sales, and head office teams.
The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and experienced in handling warehouse or logistics paperwork, ensuring that all records, reports, and communications are accurate and timely.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative support.
- Knowledge of inventory documentation, delivery scheduling, and warehouse coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, and report generation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good coordination and communication abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Mindset: Dependable, proactive, and committed to supporting warehouse operations efficiently.
- Location: Must be based in Bacolod and willing to work onsite.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13, Php18,000.00 per month
