Job Description:

  • E-Commerce Site & Inventory Management

  • Upload and update content on the e-commerce site, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, prices, and quantities.

  • Monitor and update day-to-day inventory of products available on the e-commerce site.

  • Upload blog posts and news content to keep the website fresh and engaging.

  • Order Fulfillment & Logistics

  • Facilitate and fulfill customer purchases made through the e-commerce site/social media inquiries.

  • Manage the end-to-end order process from checkout to delivery.

  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure prompt and secure dispatch of orders.

  • Maintain proper packaging procedures to guarantee safe and professional delivery of products.

  • Track deliveries and proactively communicate with clients regarding order updates or issues.

  • Social Media Management & Customer Service

  • Ensure that all Social Media Channels of Pacsports (Pacsports Facebook Page, Pacsports Instagram Page, Viber Channel) are consistently updated and maintained.

  • Respond to customer messages and inquiries through social media platforms.

  • Handle online customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related concerns professionally and efficiently.

  • Present monthly reports on engagement and feedback across all social media platforms and suggest improvements to increase follower quality and quantity.

  • Marketing & Promotions

  • Implement promotions, campaigns, and programs for the website and e-commerce platforms.

  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of online and digital marketing trends to develop timely and appropriate marketing campaigns.

  • Create and send email blasts for all brands.

  • Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate and study e-commerce sales reports to improve product assortment and customer service.

  • Provide monthly reports on engagement, customer feedback, and performance metrics across all digital platforms.

  • Customer Retention Program

-Responsible for creating and executing programs that drive customer loyalty and satisfaction. Focus on developing initiatives for customer retention.
