Virtual Assistant – Shopify / Amazon E-commerce Operations (Remote, Philippines)

About Us:

Wilora is a growing e-commerce brand specializing in knives, bushcraft tools, and outdoor gear. We are looking for a talented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our operations across Shopify, Amazon Australia, and other platforms. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in e-commerce operations, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle inquiries, returns, and feedback on Shopify and Amazon in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Order Management: Track and coordinate orders across Shopify, Amazon Australia, and other channels.
  • Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels across warehouses (FBA and 3PLs) and notify us of replenishment needs.
  • Product Listings & SEO: Assist with product listing updates, keyword optimization, and SEO tracking.
  • Social Media Assistance (supportive role): Schedule and manage posts using tools like UNUM.
  • Campaign Support: Monitor and compile analytics reports for email and social media campaigns.
  • Influencer Outreach: Monitor and handle influencer partnerships with Wilora. Contact and select new influencers for the brand.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, or similar).
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo or similar tools.
