JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Graduate with a BS in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or any relevant courses.
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing/Accounting
  • Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing, and the ability to maintain vendor relationships
  • Superb communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the company in locating necessary materials for production and operations.
  • Coordinate closely with requestors and give timely updates on the status of their requirement.
  • Assist the Purchasing department by extracting data from Netsuite, reviewing material status and requirements, and providing valuable input to relevant departments to ensure timely fulfillment of existing and future Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Contribute to the procedure of vetting and assessing new vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and reliable partnerships.
  • Monitor and coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of items and acquired services.
  • Possess the ability and specialized skills to efficiently organize, coordinate, and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions, while demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive and cooperative working relationships, and proficiently utilizing various office equipment and software applications.

Mejore Contract Services, Inc. is a manufacturing company of wood furniture at 18 Jose Ong St., C Raymundo Avenue, Maybunga, Pasig City. Some of the furniture we offer are living room seating, storage, dining chairs, tables, room cabinets, sideboards, trolleys, bar carts, beds, wall decors, etc. The company outfitted and supplied furniture to homes and some of the Philippines' most prominent hotels and resorts including Shangri-La, Somerset, Amanpulo, The Lind Boracay, and the Henann Group Hotels. Mejore continues to evolve with modern technology in design and manufacturing, bringing the latest planning and production techniques while incorporating traditional Filipino aesthetics and raw materials in its designs.
