Position Summary:

As a People Attraction Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for a wide range of high-volume roles, including sales associates, merchandisers, and other retail-focused positions. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies that ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, from posting job ads and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.

· Use creative sourcing strategies to attract a large volume of candidates for multiple roles, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

· Review resumes and conduct phone screens with potential candidates.

· Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs, provide candidate updates, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure timely hiring for ongoing and seasonal needs.

· Maintain accurate candidate data and manage workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and track hiring metrics.

· Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications
:

· Strong customer service experience with effective communication skills, and ability to identify and solve problems quickly

· Experience recruiting for sales, merchandisers, or other retail-focused roles is a plus.

· Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

· Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

· You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to meeting hiring goals and deadlines.

· Ability to think critically and provide creative solutions to recruitment challenges.

· Ability to work collaboratively with the recruitment and HR teams to ensure hiring needs are met.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative environment.
