Your Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our strategic growth and success focusing on delivering outstanding candidates.
Your Responsibility:
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing for open positions across various business areas.
Use creativity and persistence to source candidates in competitive talent pool to build a strong talent pipeline in different expertise
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and VPs, to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Develop a deep understanding of the business, job responsibilities, and the required competencies, skills, and knowledge for successful applicants.
Master our internal applicant tracking system (Ashby) to maintain candidate data and post job openings
Your Qualifications:
Experience Required:
3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience across various business needs.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proactive, quality-focused, and detail-oriented.
Experienced in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Adaptable to new tools and processes.
Fluent in English.
Ashby experience is a plus.
