Company Description

The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) is the implementing arm of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council in the Philippines. Our primary mission is to administer a comprehensive national civil defense and disaster risk reduction and management program by providing leadership in the continuous development of strategic and systematic approaches, as well as measures to reduce the vulnerabilities and risks to hazards and manage the consequences of disasters.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Preferably with 1 year experience in facilitation of GSIS remittances

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development/ enhancement of existing employees' compensation and benefits programs;
  • Process and verify GSIS member contributions, loan applications, benefits claims, and other related transactions accurately and timely;
  • Facilitate GSIS remittances and ensure compliance with GSIS policies;
  • Reconciliation of GSIS Clarificatory Reports;
  • Prepare reports and documentation for audits, reconciliations, and management review related to GSIS transactions and compliance.
  • Perform other functions as may be directed.
