Main Objective:

  • Develop network of dealers around all Philippines (B2B) and increase sales.
  • Monitor marketing activities

Job Duties:

  • Implement the company sales strategy
  • Find new clients around Philippines
  • Increase sales
  • Survey market for competitor's data
  • Control our retail prices
  • Make sure the product is correctly displayed in the shops
  • Give training to distributors and their sales team.
  • Attend MC events.
  • Supervise marketing activities such as social media, events, influencers and others.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales Department:
  • B2B: minimum 3 years' experience developing a network of dealers
  • Experience in the motorcycle sector would be much appreciated.
  • Knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories.
  • Negotiation skills, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Good in Speeches / Presentations, etc.
  • Some marketing knowledge will be appreciated.
  • With valid driver's license and preferably with a personal car or motorcycle.
  • Motorcycle Lover (not mandatory)
  • Keen to travel around Philippines 2 or 3 weeks per month.
  • Willing to work on-site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
