
Area Sales Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY
The position is responsible for providing support in managing, developing, and executing all sales operation plans and strategies to meet the monthly targets and company objectives. The position is also responsible in promoting the company's brand products and services, product development, advertising, and promotions in coordination with other departments.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains and keep good working relations with partners by conducting outlet visitations;
Performs ad hoc audit and visitation activities from time to time to ensure outlets are in compliance with standard operating procedures which includes but not limited to opening of outlets on time, manpower headcount, manpower performance, level of stocks, inventory;
Conducts monthly variance analysis of sales targets versus sales performance of all outlets for previous month in preparation of product and sales forecasting and strategic planning on sales and profitability of products and services;
Assess and recommends feasibility/market study for expansion programs of outlets in its area;
Assess and recommends operations expenses and cost – reduction strategies while maintaining product quality and standards;
Conducts market studies on food related business;
Implements and develops national satellite sales services policies and procedures to enhance operational performance and productivity in day to day activities;
Prepares reports and documentations as directed by the immediate superior;
Executes personnel policies and disciplinary actions among his/her subordinates;
Supervises and trains staff in performing their respective duties and responsibilities;
Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors and ensures complete product availability at all times;
Entertains and caters to customers' complaints, queries, requests, needs, suggestions, and recommendations;
Creates positive customer relations to build loyalty among customers;
Checks and conducts product forecasting;
Executes sales plans and strategies to support sales target;
Monitors competitor's marketing activities;
Prepares and submits summary of attendance per cut - off schedule and weekly sales report;
Monitors bad orders/left overs/wrong forecasting and recommends corrective actions;
Recommends outlet activities and programs from time to time;

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A graduate of business management, business administration, marketing, or any related courses;
Preferably with at least two (2) years' experience as an area sales operations supervisor/ manager in the food service industry or equivalent professional experience;
Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email);
Excellent decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
Excellent in written and communication skills;
Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
Self-motivated and hardworking;
Positive personal values and strong work ethic;
Fast learner and willing to grow with the company;

Comfortable working with others;
People oriented and can motivate and push his team towards excellence;
Strict in implementing of rules, regulations, and policies.
