About the role

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Store Area Supervisor to join the team at United Limsun International Trading Corporation. As a Store Area Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and performance of multiple SM retail stores within a designated region. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of store managers and staff to ensure efficient and effective store operations
  • Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, inventory, and customer service, and implement strategies to drive improvements
  • Provide hands-on support and training to store managers and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Identify and address any operational issues or challenges in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement corporate policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans to drive customer traffic and increase revenue
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail store management or supervisory role preferably in SM DEPT STORE
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop store staff
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving operational efficiency
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on key metrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both store-level and head office teams
  • Familiarity with retail industry best practices and trends
