About the role:

This role supports the marketing and sales team across campaign execution, AI tooling,

content coordination, channel performance, and admin operations. It's ideal for someone

with a working understanding of marketing strategy, a strong grip on digital best practices, and a proactive approach to getting things done.

You'll report directly to the CMO and work closely with the Head of Marketing for day-to-

day guidance and task flow. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that will expose you to a wide range of entry-level marketing functions and sales technology support.

1. Campaign Execution & Content Coordination
2. Build and QA marketing emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
3. Schedule and publish content via Sprout Social
4. Assist in launching paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
5. Review and refine content for media placements in terms of brief alignment, tone, and
   
   clarity
6. Organize and review large video files, identifying highlight moments for repurposing

7. Conduct competitor and audience research as needed to support campaigns

8. Channel, AI & Chatbot Support

9. Monitor and audit chatbot and social conversations to surface pain points or gaps in
   
   process.
10. Asess required action for non-technical changes where content or automation logic
    
    can be improved
11. Draft or update knowledge base articles to support recurring issues

12. File development cases for technical gaps or feedback loops

13. Administrative & Operational Support

14. Coordinate project reporting from multiple locations.
15. Format and prepare polished presentation slides for internal and external use
16. Maintain marketing and sales boards and status tracking via
17. Keep digital assets, decks, trackers, and docs organized across shared systems
18. Support light reporting, file requests, and vendor coordination as required
19. Create assets on Canva to assist our functions efforts: welcome signs and custom
    
    menus etc.

Required:

- Knowledge of multi-channel marketing and sales strategy principles

- Strong writing, formatting, and editing skills (email, copy, slide decks)

Desirable;

- Confident navigating large media files and identifying usable content

- Comfortable reviewing creative output against a brief and making judgment calls

- Comfortable using:
