Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and analyze design briefs: Review project requirements in detail, clarify objectives, and ensure a thorough understanding of the creative direction, target audience, and desired outcomes before beginning production.
  • Conceptualize creative solutions: Develop multiple visual concepts and ideas that align with project requirements, client expectations, and brand identity, ensuring each concept communicates the intended message effectively.
  • Design multimedia content: Create high-quality graphics, layouts, illustrations, and animations for use in content calendars, storyboards, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, presentations, and other digital and print channels.
  • Produce brand assets: Design and refine logos, icons, templates, and other graphic elements that support consistent visual identity across campaigns and platforms.
  • Apply design principles: Select and implement appropriate colors, typography, imagery, and layouts to maximize visual impact, readability, and user engagement while maintaining brand alignment.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, marketing strategists, and other stakeholders to produce integrated and cohesive creative outputs.
  • Adapt and optimize designs: Ensure graphics are formatted and tested for compatibility across various media, including social platforms, websites, mobile applications, video, and print.
  • Incorporate feedback: Revise, refine, and enhance designs based on input from supervisors, clients, and colleagues, ensuring continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Maintain quality and consistency: Guarantee that all final designs are visually appealing, technically accurate, and consistent with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Stay current with trends: Keep up to date with emerging design tools, software updates, creative trends, and best practices to continually bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.
  • File and asset management: Organize, maintain, and update digital design files and libraries to ensure accessibility and version control for ongoing and future projects.
  • Support additional creative tasks: Assist with other design-related responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to a collaborative and flexible creative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Intermediate experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video editing, and photography.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration within the creative team.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
