About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations.

You'll oversee day-to-day store performance, ensure profitability, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and uphold our operational standards.

This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys developing teams that deliver service excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage sales, labor, and cost controls to achieve financial and performance targets.
  • Oversee cash handling, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with audit, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate team members to build a high-performing, service-driven culture.
  • Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all shifts.
  • Collaborate with Area and Operations Managers on promotions and operational programs.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve operational concerns promptly.
  • Utilize systems (POS, HRIS, SAP) for accurate operations and reporting.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management, or related course.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in a structured, company-owned restaurant.
  • Proven ability to manage people, performance, and profitability.
  • Experience in store opening and training facilitation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, SAP, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and audit standards.
