Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & IT Services Associate to support both regulatory compliance and IT infrastructure initiatives within the organization. This hybrid role involves assisting in the development of control systems, documentation, and reports to ensure adherence to internal protocols and legal standards, while also contributing to the configuration and support of IT services. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in IT and compliance practices, with experience in report writing, governance, and internal controls.

Job Duties

Compliance

  • Assist in the creation of Documentation and Reports to establish control systems aimed at preventing or addressing breaches of legal standards and internal protocols.
  • Aid in generating reports to assess the effectiveness of controls, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the documentation of form and report modifications required by the department.
  • Assist in scrutinizing projects as needed to pinpoint compliance risks and offer guidance or training.
  • Collect internal Threat Intelligence data and conduct Vulnerability assessments for both internal operations and projects.
  • Support the preparation of reports for presentation to senior management and external regulatory entities as needed.

IT Services

  • Assist in the construction and configuration of the company's IT Services infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with developers/DevOps to ensure adherence to established processes and functionality of IT Services.
  • Contribute to the development of tools aimed at minimizing errors and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Aid in conducting root cause analyses for IT Services issues.
  • Assist in the creation of digital forms and essential documentation for both internal and external projects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Compliance and IT Services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in report writing and support administrative documentation.
  • Hands on experience in governance and internal controls.
