We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk for a growing food importing and wholesale company.

Job Summary

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse. This role involves tracking incoming and outgoing stock, performing regular inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring inventory is organized and accounted for to support efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.
  • Update inventory management systems with accurate stock levels.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Label and organize stock in designated warehouse areas.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to track item movements.
  • Generate inventory reports for management as needed.
  • Assist in preparing items for shipment and verifying outbound deliveries.
  • Follow safety and organizational standards in all warehouse activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in inventory, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting or moving items as needed.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 8:AM to 5:00 PM

Work Environment:

  • Warehouse setting; may involve standing for long periods
  • Fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php18, Php18,070.00 per month
