About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Audit Associate
to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to build a career in audit and finance. You will be responsible for supporting daily audit activities and ensuring the accuracy of transactional records and operational reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode
    Daily Product Status Report (PSR)
    to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Record
    Daily Move-Out per Item
    for proper tracking and reconciliation
  • Conduct
    Delivery Verification
    to confirm completeness and accuracy of deliveries
  • Check the Sequence of Sales Transactions
    and report any missing or skipped series to the Audit Supervisor
  • Perform
    Daily Variance Monitoring
    of stock, sales, and movement
  • Prepare and
    Submit Daily Variance Reports
    to highlight any discrepancies
  • Monitor and document
    Daily Voids
    and ensure proper authorization and documentation
  • Track
    Daily Discounts
    applied to transactions and verify compliance with policies
  • Prepare and Submit Monthly Variance Reports
    summarizing trends and issues identified
  • Conduct
    Monthly Audits and Spot Audits
    as assigned by the Audit Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a
    Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
    or any related
    Business Course
  • Fresh graduates
    are welcome to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other office tools
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
