Job Description:

Makati Development Corporation is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Driver Operator to join our team at our batching plant location. As a Heavy Equipment Driver Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations at our plant site. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy machinery and a strong commitment to safety and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy equipment such as [e.g., bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, cranes] to perform tasks in the batching plant.
  • Ensure proper handling and transportation of materials to designated areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain logs of equipment usage and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in a construction or batching plant environment.
  • Valid driver's license and certification to operate heavy machinery (if required).
  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and under varying weather conditions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
