Job Description

  • Manage driver onboarding, engagement and retention
  • Develop and maintain SOP related to driver operation process
  • Develop and maintian driver education documents
  • Support the execution of driver schemes, and manage driver communication/sentiment
  • Resolve driver issues and coordinate with support teams for escalations
  • Analyze performance data to improve driver experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related fields
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Comforbable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
  • 1-3 year of exprience in driver operations or logistic operationss is preferred
