We are looking for a
Driver Operations Lead
who will :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end driver supply efforts, ensuring a healthy pipeline of active and engaged drivers.
  • Drive retention strategies to improve driver satisfaction, engagement, and long-term activity on the platform.
  • Oversee driver communications, ensuring clear, timely, and effective messaging across all channels (SMS, in-app, calls, etc.).
  • Manage and improve driver support processes, addressing concerns, inquiries, and feedback efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Service) to align efforts in improving driver experience and platform loyalty.
  • Monitor key supply metrics (active drivers, retention, churn, etc.) and propose data-driven initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Lead and support on-ground and digital initiatives to engage and assist the driver community.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, supply management, or a related field—preferably within a tech, logistics, or delivery platform.
  • Experience in handling retention programs, customer/driver communications, and support operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, etc. is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.
