We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Senior Frontline Support Representatives. This role is a great opportunity to combine your love for sports with your expertise in customer service, ensuring fans receive an exceptional support experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and courteous customer support through voice, chat, and email channels.
  • Deliver accurate and grammatically correct responses while maintaining a clear and professional tone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support needs.
  • Leverage knowledge of basketball to enrich customer interactions.
  • Utilize Zendesk and other support platforms to manage and resolve tickets efficiently.
  • Conduct database and internet research to provide accurate, timely, and well-informed assistance.
  • Stay informed about sports and fan engagement trends, including social media interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in inbound voice support).
  • 1+ year of Zendesk platform experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in typing with the ability to compose professional, grammatically correct responses.
  • Passion for sports, particularly basketball.
  • Solid understanding of basketball rules, teams, and fan culture.
  • Experience with social media engagement and database/internet research.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help customers.

Please note that this is a project based campaign.
