
Senior Frontline Support Representative

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Senior Frontline Support Representatives. This role is a great opportunity to combine your love for sports with your expertise in customer service, ensuring fans receive an exceptional support experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional and courteous customer support through voice, chat, and email channels.
- Deliver accurate and grammatically correct responses while maintaining a clear and professional tone.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support needs.
- Leverage knowledge of basketball to enrich customer interactions.
- Utilize Zendesk and other support platforms to manage and resolve tickets efficiently.
- Conduct database and internet research to provide accurate, timely, and well-informed assistance.
- Stay informed about sports and fan engagement trends, including social media interactions.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in inbound voice support).
- 1+ year of Zendesk platform experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in typing with the ability to compose professional, grammatically correct responses.
- Passion for sports, particularly basketball.
- Solid understanding of basketball rules, teams, and fan culture.
- Experience with social media engagement and database/internet research.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
