Job Description
Become our client's Member Care Coordinator and be part of a fast-growing team that blends service, knowledge, and technology to support injured individuals. Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM), Weekends Off
Salary: PHP 40,000 to PHP 50,000
Work setup: Permanent Work From Home
Your Daily Tasks
- Communicate with members-injured individuals-via phone, chat, and email to assess their needs
- Explain how products and services can help based on their settlement agreements
- Answer questions regarding coverage eligibility for treatments, medications, and equipment
- Assist in locating providers, transportation, or pharmacies and setting appointments
- Learn continuously from training staff and teammates to better serve the growing member base
- Contribute to a small call center team that prioritizes member satisfaction
The Qualifications We Seek
- A bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role
- Experience with healthcare-related campaigns (a strong plus)
- Ability to engage with members while navigating systems and documenting interactions
- A passion for learning and solving complex problems; familiarity with medical billing, Medicare guidelines, or workers' compensation terms is a plus
- Strong communication skills to explain complex situations and technologies in clear, simple language
