About the Role
As Customer Success Manager, you will work with our clients to ensure they receive the tools and support needed to implement a successful mental health program in their organizations. You will own the service relationship with our clients and help them achieve their goals in creating mentally healthy workplaces.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and execute the rollout plans of Infinit Care's mental well-being programs for its clients including onboarding and engagement
- Work with clients to agree on desired outcomes for the proper implementation of their mental health programs
- Drive the adoption and usage of the Infinit Care app amongst client employees or members
- Work closely with Business Development on account plans, expansion opportunities, and regular business reviews
- Conduct regular client check-in sessions to share insights, plan for employee engagement activities, and generate feedback about the app and overall service
- Identify opportunities to improve the app and employee experience through close coordination with Product, Marketing, and Clinical Care teams
Profile
- At least five (5) years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or equivalent history of increasing customer adoption and retention
- Experience in managing enterprise clients
- Must have excellent project management, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and initiative
- Interest in workplace mental health, human resources, and organizational development is a plus
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid - On-site some days of the week to support client events and activities
- Regular Day Shift - with occasional night shift schedules to support client events
