Qualifications:

►Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or equivalent.

►With at least three (3) years of relevant working experience.

►Proven experience in using Online Job Portal Sites (Jobstreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook)

►Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

►Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT)

►With good verbal and written communication skills.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

►Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for Office, Warehouse, Promodisers, and MAYAPA vacancies. This includes screening resumes and job applications, shortlisting candidates, conducting initial interviews, performing background checks, coordinating with department heads for final interviews, monitoring candidates, and ensuring the completion of all requirements.

►Post job vacancies on online job portals such as Jobstreet, Indeed, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

►Check and consolidate recruitment reports

►Collaborate with the HR team for updates on plantilla, transfers, realignments, inactive reports, etc.

►Monitor the creation and issuance of company IDs for new and regular employees.

►Ensure new employees are enrolled in the biometric system.

►Upload new employee information to the HRIS System (Sprout), including new Sales Promodiser information under the agency.

►Ensure all employees (new and existing) are uploaded to the HRIS System (Sprout).

►Maintain and update recruitment reports

►Ensure new employees undergo HR orientation.

►Ensure new employees have a 201 file and a signed probationary contract.

►Prepare and send immersion schedules for new employees to different departments.

►Coordinate with partner agencies regarding manpower requests for Sales Promodisers, Tambo-based, and MAYAPA positions, and monitor the hiring process.

►Countercheck PRF and NPA (transfer requests) submitted by other departments. Ensure that new positions have attached job descriptions.

►Update job descriptions of existing positions in coordination with department heads.

►Monitor the enrollment/application of BDO Cash Cards/Debit Cards for all direct employees.

►Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.
