About the role

FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION') is seeking a BPO agent (With Experience or No Experience) to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Manila City Metro Manila. As a BPO agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers through phone, email, or chat channels
  2. Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Adhering to established policies, procedures, and quality standards
  5. Continuously learning and developing your knowledge to better serve our customers
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer scenarios
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Familiarity with customer service best practices and call centre operations
  5. Adaptability and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
