Support Services Administrator

The Administrator-Support Services will be directly employed by Energy Development Corporation (EDC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the various areas of administrative support services catered to the facility
- SAP Processing of Personnel-related Claims and Purchase Requisitions
- Assist in overseeing the proper implementation of contracts related to various administrative support services with the subsequent processing of corresponding bills payments, including accurate CWC preparation and budget monitoring;
- Assist review processes and procedures and seeks opportunities for the recommendation of continual process improvement for work and time optimization and conservation efforts;
- Collaborates with other vertical for the proper implementation of initiatives at the site; and
- Sees to it that administrative support services are delivered with quality and in timely manner
- See to it that proper waste segregation is followed by contractors and employees. Initiate and support initiative related to such activity including but not limited to Vermin composting projects and others.
- See to it that chemical management is properly implemented at site by the groups contractors and other verticals.
- See to it that all requirements of health and safety should be complied with, seeing to it that all pertinent compliance requirements have been complied with in doing its operational processes.
- Assist in supporting to the facility in the performance of the O&M budgeting and risk mapping functions;
- Contribute in completing the admin risk register.
- Assist the budget analyst based on the role given by the admin head.
- Identify the budget requirement of assigned operational activity
- See to it that Instruction, protocols and other instruction are rolled out
- Assist in monitoring performance of contractors and ensure conformance to policies, procedures and guidelines, and implements necessary action in the event of non-conformance;
- Assist in the preparation and discussion of contractors performance of his or her direct reports based on agreed performance standards to identify areas where contractors could improve through job skills training or employee development
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Business-related course
- At least three (3) years of working experience in geothermal operations will be considered favorably, particularly in the field of Production, Maintenance, Health Safety and Environmental.
