Job Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, research, and source potential candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates to build connections, screen initial profiles, and generate leads to be passed on to the client's team for further qualification.
  • Job Advertising: Write and post job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates for specific roles.
  • Database & Systems Tracking: Maintain and update internal databases, including job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment activity.
  • Lead Generation & Market Mapping: Conduct potential client research, build contact lists, and perform market mapping to identify new opportunities.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide administrative support and assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work the night shift to align with the U.S. West Coast time zone.
  • Must have own equipment to perform the role effectively.
