Forecasting and Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Forecasting: Analise sales trends and forecast demand to keep our inventory levels just right.
  • Strategic Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize costs.
  • Accuracy and Audits: Keep a keen eye on inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure everything is in perfect order.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our procurement team to manage supplier relationships and negotiate the best contracts.
  • System Implementation: Lead the charge in implementing and maintaining state-of-the-art inventory management systems and software.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of inventory specialists, providing guidance and support to help them excel.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present insightful inventory reports to senior management, showcasing your expertise and the impact of your work.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role within the retail or consumer products industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities that set you apart.
  • Organizational Prowess: Excellent organizational and leadership skills to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
