Inventory Control Lead Analyst

The primary responsibility of the Inventory Control Analyst is to perform a variety of inventory control activities to maintain the accuracy and integrity of inventory system balances to support the business using specified processes and procedures.

Responsible for day-to-day activities related to Inventory Control

  • Hands-on leader, proactively drive action to results and continuous improvement

  • Monitors material transactions for 3PLs

  • Responsible for identifying, resolving, and finding the root cause of discrepancies and other related inventory errors between WMS and ERP systems
  • Utilize systems and software to develop and maintain reporting tools to support business decisions
  • Recommends changes that will eliminate or greatly reduce future inaccuracies from reoccurring
  • Interfaces with 3PL provider and internal departments for inventory related scenarios
  • Facilitate inventory related tasks with 3PL when required
  • Responsible for accurate and timely reporting
  • Monitor KPI's to identify improvement opportunities for Inventory and other related functions

  • Creates and implements best practices and continuous improvement to deliver superior quality results

  • Develops business relationships with immediate team and peers on inventory best practices, utilizing consistent communication, ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring
