  • Develop, implement, and monitor inventory control procedures and policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and ensure timely reconciliation of physical and system stocks.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and tracking of all items.
  • Train, lead, and evaluate the performance of inventory staff.
  • Generate and present inventory reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
