Job description:

Closely assist the Warehouse Manager to all Warehouse and Distribution Operation.

· Ensure to follow and implement the Warehouse Standard Operation Procedure.

· Supervise, Plan, organize, and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including documentation, storage, safety and distribution of Items, equipment, supplies and maintaining of stock inventory.

· Train and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers (Warehouse Custodian, Inventory Controller, Dispatcher, Forklift Operator and Architectural.

· Conduct Daily Tool box talk for warehouse operations updates and concerns.

· Ensure that all MHE's are working in good condition and the safety equipment's are being used by all concerned personnel

· Prepare the delivery Route, schedule and the documents (S.I/DR/T.O) and inform warehouse dispatcher

· Ensure all the delivery schedule are dispatch and arrive on time.

· Ensure all the items for delivery are documented with S.I/DR/T.O prior to dispatch and load to the delivery truck

· Ensure all the items for MSR delivery are documented with Sales Invoice, Pick Ticket, Waybill and packing List prior to dispatch and load to the delivery truck

· Ensure all the items for MSR delivery are label, barcoded and secured by metal strap.

· Ensure the MSR delivery are secured by Bullet Seal and Container Seal before leaving to warehouse.

· Observe health and safety regulations, maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition

· Monitor the attendance and schedule of warehouse staff

· Ensure the safe stock arrangement on the racking system

· Supervise the loading and unloading of items inside the warehouse.

· Makes sure that physical inventory is equal to system quantity (Netsuit) being handled by the Inventory Controller.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.

-With at least 2 year work experience in the same position.

-Willing to do field works.

  • Can do Multi-tasking.

  • Can start ASAP
