DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Site Supervisor binds himself to discharge or perform such duties and responsibilities in such assigned to him from time to time by the company leaders as follows:

· Oversee the operation in warehousing, distribution, domestic overwater transactions and documentations.

· Keep good cooperation with customer by coordinating all parties concerned to provide professional and excellent logistics/transport service.

· Resolve any operational issues, as well as manage both internal and external customers systematically.

· Person-in-charge for other functions such as billing settlement and other related procedures as required by client.

· Carry out business targets, organize and formulate development plans and key performance indicators.

· Provides efficient logistics advice internally to ensure the most cost-effective modes of services are being used to meet deadlines.

· Determine staffing levels and monitor all workloads.

· Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

· Collates figures and statistics, producing reports for management.

· Ensures that the company complies with and is up to date on law and regulations pertaining to warehouse and transport operations.

· monitoring and accountability of units deploy per site

· Manages supplies and requests

· Implementation of company policy to all personnel under Lotte.

· Key person or Liaison officer between management and client

· Other duties that may be assigned by the Operations.
