A proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in project coordination, task monitoring, client communication, and documentation management. Ideally, someone with experience in gaming, technology, or live-studio environments to better support project needs and client expectations.

What type of work will you be doing?

Project Coordination

  • Oversee project tasks and deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with Studio IT, Product, Creatives, QA, and other internal teams for project execution.

Client Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for client updates, clarifications, concerns, and follow-ups.
  • Explain project-related information clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

People Management Support

  • Assist in coordinating with assigned team members and helping ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Support alignment, workload updates, and daily coordination across project teams.

Wireframing & Simple UI Concepting

  • Create simple wireframes or layouts using Figma or similar tools to illustrate project ideas, flows, or enhancements.
  • Translate client requirements into easy-to-understand visual references.

Documentation Management

  • Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, requirements sheets, and reports.
  • Maintain organized project files, updates, and milestone trackers.

Issue Handling & Coordination

  • Assist in tracking issues, coordinating solutions, and ensuring updates are properly communicated.
  • Support escalation procedures when needed.

Timeline Monitoring

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate adjustments and updates as needed to keep projects on schedule.

Operational Monitoring

  • Monitor assigned tasks or systems during project execution to ensure quality and stability.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, client-facing roles, or operations support.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Mandarin-speaking, able to communicate, read, and write in Mandarin.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in gaming, live-studio, or IT-related projects.
  • Basic proficiency in Figma or similar tools for creating simple wireframes or project layouts.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage — strong speaking and writing skills for client and project communication.
