About the role

MANILA BANKERS LIFE INSURANCE CORP' is seeking a talented and experienced Project Management professional to join our team. As a Project Management ASAP, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering complex projects that are vital to the company's strategic objectives. This is a full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to effectively execute project tasks and milestones
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track
  • Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Mentor and guide junior project management team members to develop their skills and capabilities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in the Engineering or Project Management industries
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and execute project plans, manage budgets, and track progress
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are highly desirable
