Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through online platforms and job boards.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants.
- Help prepare recruitment-related reports and documentation.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure records are updated.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data encoding, and communication with applicants.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
