JOB SUMMARY

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for the day to day activities of Leasing Department such as:

  • Lease marketing to lease documentation of all leasable spaces of the entire mixed-use center.
  • Plans, directs and coordinates leasing department operations. Manages daily leasing activities , formulates policies and plans the activities of all leasing staff and officers to ensure full utilization of lease spaces and maximize profitability for the entire mixed-use center.
  • Applies the means to achieve personnel, tenant and customer satisfaction.
  • Contributes to the achievement of organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any Business Course
  • At least 5 years of work experience in leasing, 3 years in a managerial position preferably in retail industry
  • Possesses thorough knowledge of marketing, business administration, sales and finance.
  • Decisive, organized, confident with good business judgement
  • Demonstrates strong oral and written communication and public relations skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Reliable and discreet in handling confidential information.
