o Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and

engagement.

o Create compelling content for PLUD's social media channels (Facebook,

Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, etc.)

o Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities to maximize reach

and impact.

  • Marketing Activities and Events:

o Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support

business objectives.

o Organize events and exhibitions to showcase PLUD's properties and engage with

potential clients.

o Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful

execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Sales and Leasing Support:

o Assist in developing sales and leasing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

o Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.

o Support the sales team by providing marketing materials and conducting market

research to identify potential clients.

  • Market Study and Analysis:

o Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities,

and customer preferences.

o Prepare reports and presentations based on findings to inform decision-making

and strategy development.

o Monitor industry developments and propose innovative ideas to maintain PLUD's

competitive edge.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months
