Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire function with a strong focus on performance improvement and cross-functional coordination

  • We are currently managing more than 200 ongoing projects simultaneously, particularly in our medical device segment, which requires sophisticated procurement and logistics management

  • Large-scale medical devices (e.g. CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound) are imported from Japan and China

  • Smaller components such as connectors and accessories are procured locally within the Philippines

  • Lead improvements in supplier selection, procurement timelines, internal coordination, and logistics control

  • Ultimately ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence across all ongoing projects

  • Design, manage, and optimize both import operations and local logistics.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies

  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiations.

  • Coordinate logistics and transportation activities

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations

  • Monitor and analyze market trends

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

  • Proven experience in procurement and purchasing within a multinational manufacturing company (MNC)

  • Solid background in industries such as semiconductors, medical devices, or precision equipment, where tight deadline management and handling of numerous components are essential

  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

  • Willing to take on challenge assignment

  • Experience in import/export coordination and logistics involving multiple countries such as Japan, China, Thailand, etc

  • Work experience in Japanese companies

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency in logistics software.
