Job Description:Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive end-to-end procurement experience, complemented by expertise in compliance management, contract management, and vendor management. This role demands a proactive leader with a proven track record in project implementation, process improvement, and cost-saving initiatives within a shared services environment.
Major ResponsibilitiesOversee and ensure adherence to procurement governance and compliance processes, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical practices. Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing and negotiating to contract execution and vendor onboarding. Develop and implement compliance management frameworks to ensure all procurement activities align with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Lead contract management efforts, including negotiation, renewal, and performance monitoring of vendor agreements. Coordinate vendor management processes, ensuring successful vendor accreditation and continuous performance evaluations. Drive project implementation initiatives, focusing on process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Achieve measurable cost savings through strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations, contributing to the organization's financial objectives. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors, utilizing excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate favorable terms.
QualificationsBachelor's DegreeMinimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on governance, compliance, and vendor management. Experience in leading a team with managerial role experience from a Shared Services IndustrySolid understanding of Total Risk & Performance Management (TRPM) principles. Extensive experience in contract management and vendor accreditation processes.
