As LIVE SUPERVISOR you will be responsible for the following:

● Scheduling host, coordinating plans, ensuring technical readiness

● In Charge of the online marketing department

● Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as viewership, engagement rates and sales conversions for live stream.

● Analyzes data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall live stream effectiveness and achieve sales target.

● Responsible for training team members and monitoring progress towards goal

● Responsible for overseeing the live selling sessions on various social media platforms.

● Responsible for recording and approving team leave management

● Guide their team to achieve objectives by setting goals and delegating task

● Provide coaching, identifying training needs, skills gap and nurturing individual strengths

● Take over live if needed

● Participle the interview process for live host

● Ensuring work process are maintained and effective

● Maintains detailed reports and accurate data

Qualifications:

  • Must be quick to learn, adaptable and able to execute task efficiently

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle urgent matters even outside working hours

-knowledgeable in Microsoft office

-experience in live selling is must and willing to take over live, if needed

-have good interpersonal skills, good in written and verbal communication

Pay: Php19, Php24,000.00 per month
