The Role
As the Sales Team Leader - Biomed for Guill-Bern Corporation, you will lead a high-performing sales team responsible for managing key client accounts and relationships across the South or North Luzon region. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coach a team of Account Managers to effectively manage and grow key client accounts
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Foster strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network of contacts
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the industrial laboratory industry
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment and industry trends in the biomedical sector
- Preferably residing in Metro Manila
