This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on supporting project scoping, proposal development, and CRM management. It's a great opportunity for someone who's highly organized, tech-savvy, and excited to grow into a client-facing role over time.

What You'll Do

  • Project Scoping: Collaborate with Account Executives to capture client requirements, gather documentation (e.g., commission plans), and outline project scope.
  • Proposal Support: Draft proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and supporting materials that clearly communicate our approach, timelines, and value.
  • CRM & Process Management: Keep our CRM accurate and up to date with client activities, opportunities, and pipeline stages.
  • Research & Documentation: Compile background research on prospective clients, industry trends, and competitor offerings to inform proposals.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives to prepare for client meetings, including building agendas, summarizing discussions, and documenting next steps.
  • Growth Path: Over time, expand into direct client interactions, supporting discovery sessions, demos, and account management.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in a sales support, business operations, project coordination, or related role
  • Strong writing and communication skills — able to distill complex information into clear, concise, client-friendly language
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Interest in SaaS, sales operations, or incentive compensation is a plus
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and eagerness to learn
