About the role

As a Service Advisor for Autohub Group of Companies' Vespa showroom in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our Vespa scooter owners. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for liaising with customers, understanding their service needs, and coordinating with our skilled technicians to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
  2. Assess customer service requests and diagnose issues with Vespa scooters
  3. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide accurate information about service requirements and estimated completion times
  4. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely and efficient completion of service work
  5. Maintain detailed records of all service transactions and provide updates to customers on the status of their scooters
  6. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest Vespa models, technologies and service procedures
  7. Contribute to the overall customer satisfaction and loyalty within the Autohub Group of Companies' Vespa showroom

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Vespa scooter models, components and maintenance procedures
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  7. Proficiency in both English and Filipino languages
