About the role

As a Beauty Advisor at Best Reliable Resources', you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and product expertise to our clients. This full-time position is located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, and will involve assisting customers with their beauty and skincare needs. You will be an integral part of our dynamic retail team, contributing to the overall success of our store.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assessing customer needs and providing personalized product recommendations
  • Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our beauty and skincare products
  • Processing sales transactions and providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment
  • Participating in product training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Supporting the overall operations and objectives of the store

What we're looking for

  • Passionate about the beauty and skincare industry with a strong interest in the latest trends
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a personalised and engaging experience
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate features and benefits
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience as a beauty advisor or in Sales position
