Digital Recruitment Advisor – Transport & Logistics Focus (Remote / Offshore Role)

Support a major Australian transport & logistics client through digital recruitment excellence.

Team Global Talent Hub is a boutique offshoring company dedicated to delivering high-quality recruitment support to our Australian clients. We're looking for a Digital Recruitment Advisor to join our team and drive candidate engagement across digital channels for one of our largest clients in the transport and logistics sector.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage engaging job ads and recruitment content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
  • Monitor responses and applications from social media campaigns.
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and job alignment.
  • Shortlist leads and share qualified candidates with the onshore recruitment team.
  • Liaise regularly with Australian-based recruiters, ensuring alignment on current vacancies and hiring priorities.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the recruitment team to discuss candidate pipelines, campaign performance, and hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment systems.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in digital or social media recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills, especially for candidate phone engagement.
  • Ability to quickly evaluate candidate fit and job match.
  • Understanding of the Australian job market is highly desirable.
  • Experience in transport and logistics recruitment is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
