Job Summary:

The Beauty Advisor / Brand Ambassador serves as the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations to promote sales and customer loyalty. This role is key in creating a memorable shopping experience while educating customers about products and brand values.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet customers and assess their needs to provide tailored beauty advice.

  • Demonstrate and recommend products that meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent after-sales service.

  • Brand Representation

  • Participate in in-store events, promotions, and product launches.

  • Uphold brand image and maintain product knowledge, including features, benefits, and usage.
  • Maintain merchandising and visual standards as directed by brand guidelines.

  • Product & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay current with beauty trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

  • Attend training sessions and product knowledge briefings.

  • Operational Duties

  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist in stock replenishment and inventory.

  • Operate POS systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display and work areas.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a four-year course (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields).
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, cosmetics, or customer service.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, or wellness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in applying makeup or demonstrating skincare routines.
  • Team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
