*About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven
Talent Acquisition Manager – Sourcing*
to lead and optimize our sourcing strategies. This role is critical in building strong talent pipelines, managing sourcing teams, and ensuring we attract top-tier candidates to meet our growing business demands. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to deliver innovative sourcing solutions that drive hiring success.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing specialists to achieve hiring targets.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, referrals, events, and partnerships).
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters to understand workforce plans and forecast sourcing needs.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of high-potential candidates for current and future roles.
  • Implement talent market research, competitor intelligence, and mapping initiatives to identify passive candidates.
  • Drive the use of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and digital sourcing campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report sourcing effectiveness using data-driven insights; recommend improvements to tools and processes.
  • Ensure best practices in candidate engagement, diversity sourcing, and compliance with recruitment policies.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to continuously improve the candidate experience.

*Qualifications*

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 3 years in a sourcing leadership role.
  • Proven success in designing and scaling sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment (BPO/Shared Services/IT industry experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS/CRM platforms).
  • Experience in talent mapping, market intelligence, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
