As a Client Success Manager/Talent Matching Lead at Pearl Talent, you'll be at the forefront of connecting exceptional candidates with the right opportunities. Your primary goal will be to assess the feasibility of roles, ensure candidate quality aligns with client expectations, and guide both candidates and clients toward successful matches. This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-touch executive recruitment, a passion for matchmaking, and the ability to navigate complex hiring processes.

Your Impact:

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the recruitment journey by evaluating candidate fit and role feasibility. Your expertise will help optimize the quality of matches, enhance client satisfaction, and contribute to Pearl Talent's mission of setting a gold standard in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Matching & Role Feasibility

  • Assess the feasibility of client roles and guide clients toward realistic hiring goals.

  • Evaluate the quality of candidates to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Provide insights into role clarity, helping both clients and candidates align on expectations.
  • Candidate Assessment & Communication

  • Conduct detailed candidate evaluations to gauge suitability for specific roles.

  • Serve as a liaison between candidates and clients, facilitating smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring they are informed and confident.
  • High-Touch Recruitment Processes

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, focusing on high-quality, personalized experiences.

  • Proactively resolve challenges in the hiring process, from scheduling conflicts to mismatched expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential improvements in matching workflows.
  • Project Leadership & Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling and logistics inquiries.

  • Track role progress, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating resources, such as hiring timelines and onboarding materials, to streamline processes.
Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in executive recruitment or high-touch talent matching.
  • Strong ability to assess role feasibility and candidate quality.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in email and Slack management to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience creating structured materials, such as hiring guides and reports.

  • Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with top-grading interview methodologies.

  • A collaborative mindset, with experience managing client and candidate relationships in high-pressure environments.
  • Expertise with project management tools and recruitment processes.
