Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in trade marketing, sales coordination, or customer account management is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Familiarity with retail and distribution channels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and verify accuracy of cash and check remittances versus invoices prepared by sales personnel
  • Update accounts receivables and notify customers of overdue payments
  • Prepare and distribute customer statements of account

  • Personally visit clients to validate sales activities and ensure credibility of field Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Monitoring & Validation

  • Monitor and verify accuracy of cash/check remittances vs. invoices prepared by sales personnel

  • Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of sales transactions

  • Accounts Receivable Management

  • Update customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments

  • Prepare and distribute Statements of Account (SOA) to clients

  • Client Engagement

  • Conduct regular client visits to validate sales activities and ensure credibility of field staff

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and distributors

  • Trade Marketing Execution

  • Implement trade marketing programs and promotions across retail channels

  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of brand strategies

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate reports on trade performance, customer feedback, and promotional effectiveness

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve market penetration and sales growth
Qualifications
